I specialize in hand-drawn pen illustrations with a focus on rare, endangered and exotic animals.
I am heavily inspired by nature and bright colours combined with lots of contrast. My style stems from a love of traditional pen and ink artistry, with splashes of Surrealism here and there. I create my illustrations by combining these values with mono print textures and digital colour.
Most of my skills with the Adobe Suite are self taught, as I like to be able to do a bit of everything. I also love to learn new tricks to make myself into a well rounded artist, whether it be photography or website design.
I studied at Edinburgh College for three years, and have been working as a freelance Illustrator ever since.
I am lucky to have worked with a wide range of clients internationally, mainly in Australia and Scotland, for both print and digital media.
